GRABBYS!
IML and the Grabbys are finally over and I'm on my way back to Miami! I had a great time meeting fans at both IML and at the Grabbys and all the after parties.
The night of the Grabbys was amazing for me and my small production company! I was nominated for 4 awards and won 2!
The funny thing is when the nominees were being announced for Best Videography my business partner, Rich Richards, dropped the camera case on the floor and I was under the table looking for it when my name was announced! I bumped my head and totally flipped out that I won the BEST VIDEOGRAPHY AWARD!!!!!!! I totally did not know what to say up on stage, but I did thank Gay Chicago and The Grabbys for their nominiation and award (http://www.grabbys.com/ and http://www.gaychicagomagazine.com/). I really want to thank my fans, the Grabbys organizers, especially Stacy Bridges, and Gay Chicago Magazine (Matt Woods is such a cool guy!).
